Week 4 Weigh In

Well, this week I remembered to weigh in before eating breakfast and having my morning snack. LOL!

159.2!!! Whee! I'm back in the 150's, baby! :)

I started the Couch to 5K program on Thursday and I think I'm going to like it. Well, I'm off to hit the treadmill. Have a great day!
